Ordering a Service

 

A Virtuoso Dream Maker LTD Virtual Associate will be responsible for handling the particular business support tasks/projects requested by a client.

The client will issue a written order/request for a job and send via e-mail or any other electronic means. The order will be completed and sent back to the client vis electronic means.

A client may choose to order the service On-Demand or many wish to go for the the Retainer option.

 

On-Demand Option: 

The client orders services on an hourly basis and as needed. This is a very flexible option and services offered are paid for on an hour to hour basis

 

Retainer Option:

The client has the option of purchasing blocks of hours for the required support services. In this plan, the client subscribes for services in multiples of 20-Hours per month. The minimum amount of hours for this option is 20-Hours of service monthly.

 

The Retainer option rates are cheaper than the On-Demand rates and the rates get even  lower the higher the blocks of hours subscribed for
